The scenery on the deck
Went to the restroom before alighting the ship, when we were queuing for our turn to enter the restroom, we saw ladies lining up at the men's restroom and taking it as theirs and people were queuing up kept squeezing us to the front. And something I learnt from queuing was to keep close to the person in front of you as people would cut into your queuing and you must be fierce when they go into the cubicle that you were suppose to go into, if not you will not be even able to enter it. On top of that, a lady when she was about to enter the men's restroom, then the guy shouted at her, and then she shouted and continue to enter. Change to a sampan boat after that to be able to enter the Shennong Stream.
Shennong Stream: a 60 kilometer small tributary of the Yangtze River, Shennong Stream is famous for its picturesque scenery. Visitors can board a traditional sampan and drift along it. No one who has ever been to this spectacular place has left without being impressed by its crystal clear waters flowing swiftly through the deep gorges. Its steep peaks, thick vegetation, wild flowers, and exotic birds Shennong stream never fails to humble visitors. Carved into the steep cliffs a plank road was built in ancient times to help travelers on foot navigate the gorges, and ancient hanging coffins are suspended high on the cliff faces. These are just a few of the sites that will greet visitors. In the distance, sweet love songs of the local ethnic minority people can be heard. This is a mysterious place filled with history, and nature's splendor.

An event happened when we were on board the sampan, a tour group we sat with, started shouting at us and kept insisting that 4 of us sat on the wrong sampan as part of their tour group was still on shore. They kept shouting and shouting at us nonstop until they realized that they were the ones that boarded the wrong sampan. That took up lots of our time, but there was one thing that was admirable about them, that was that they did not leave their tour group behind and waited till all of them boarded the sampans before leaving which was what Mr Wee told us and i totally agreed with that. It is important to not leave behind your team mates or friends. Staying together as a team unlike some friends which I know that just throw you aside.

Lunch Time After that some mountain viewing
Then reaching shore again to take a bus to a place where there are 300 steps to climb to the top. It was Ban De Chen and we entered Bai Di temple.
White Emperor City: actually a mini peninsular town scattered with ancient temples and gates. It is located at the entrance to Qutang Gorge on the north bank of the river.
The town was named by an official of the Western Han Dynasty (206 AD- 9 BC), Gongsun Shu who in 25 AD, saw white vapor in the shape of a dragon rising from a nearby well, and taking this as an auspicious omen, he declared himself the 'White Emperor' and renamed this town.
There is another legend that makes this town famous. It is said that Liu Bei, the King of Shu State during Three Kingdom period (220-280AD) withdrew to this town after he was defeated by the armies of Wu State. On his deathbed he entrusted both the state affairs and his sons to the care of Zhuge Liang, his prime minister.

This could be prove why Bai Di Cheng to be known to be a City of Poems.
“In ancient times, attracted by its fame, many scholars and poets visited here and left lots of literal relics. In the city, there are over 70 poems, carvings, and cultural relics of the Sui, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, in which two steles from Sui, Qing Emperor Kangxi, Bamboo-Leaf Stele and Phoenix Stele are the most outstanding.”

Then we went to here
And what’s in there
I heard from Alicia that it sells combs according to different blood types.
Finally, we went to this place to end off the day
And i touched the word "book", hoping to be good in my studies
and the rest of the wordsWe had some snacks on the way back such as grilled potato if i am not wrong, some shrimps and small fishes. For the shrimps, it was like something i have not tried before, it was like shrimps that were taken directly out from the sea and uncooked. Actually, it was fried slightly i think. The taste for the snack was that it was like eating shells.
We had ice cream too. I had a yam flavoured one. Also, some more chips before having dinner.
Then had dinner followed by some chatting session before ending the day
