I went to school as usual, had dough stick & soya bean milk for breakfast. We had lessons by Mr. Andy.
During class
He covered on the challenge of economic development in the future such as under China’s overall integration there is capital accumulation and progress in industrialization and urbanization.
Under resources and environment, there is constrains on natural resources and environment; non tradable resources such as land; tradable resources and environmental.
He expended on the problem of aging population by touching pressure on employment such as new labour forces and limitation; and limitation of public resources such as basic education, public health and social security system.
There were topics on income distribution of different groups of people and management of the government, national market and bank.
The inequality in household income and projected the different scenarios which were the 3, business as usual, balanced policy scenario and risk scenario.
The consumers in real China which the main point was on the different tiers in China and the definition of tier is consumer lifestyles. Also, about novelty and how brand and communication; attitudes towards brand and advertising; and attitudes towards the foreign is shown in China.
After that went in search for presents,
While walking there
I brought soft toys and key chains.The soft toys were way too adorable.
While Alicia, Baohui and I were walking back to our apartment, we heard a very interesting thing that was announced over through the school’s radio broadcasting. They were saying that a part whereby a person can lose a hand or leg but a person cannot lose his heart, which is his passion. Without passion, nothing can be done. I found it quite meaningful.
We then brought our lunch and headed back to apartment to eat noodle, Kway Tiao and soup which we shared.
Lunch
After that I went back to my apartment to blog then took a nap. I skipped the massaging of leg which most of them went. I went out to eat dinner with Alicia, Baohui, Wei yang and Kuan Wee. Alicia, Baohui and I practically had the same thing that we had for lunch just that the style of the frying the noodles and Kway Tiao was switched and there wasn’t a bowl of soup.
I went to get a shower cap and headed back to my apartment with Alicia accompanying me until I took finish my bath. Then I headed to the apartment Alicia and Baohui were staying to do my blog entries.
I got told off when I spoke a little too loud when coming down the stairs. That really pissed me off.
Found some moldy bread on the table in my apartment
The day ended off with me having mixed feelings. With results being released the next day and some stuff going on around me.
