I had to wake up at around 7.40am to wash up and head to the MacDonald’s at school to get to eat our breakfast as we wanted to get a try at the breakfast here. Even upon hearing that the MacDonald’s meal for their hotcake are just 2 miserably small ones and if you order a cup of tea if I am not wrong, they do not give you sugar and you need to ask from them. I met Alicia, Baohui, Kia Fu, Li Zhen and Yan Khee downstairs.
We had to reach there before 10am, but when we reached there at around 9.45am, most of the meals were all gone except for one of the meal. Thus, Baohui, Yee Khee and I waited for the lunch meals instead.
We then headed back to our apartment to rest then head out to Shi Men Kou.
When we reached there the girls split up with the guys.

We started eating first. I ate the “Bian Tai” chicken wing which was super hot and spicy. The layer of pepper and the aroma of the chili. I had a bite at it, it seems all right at first, but it started getting hotter and hotter. Until a point whereby there was like an internal fire in my mouth.

I then kept drinking water. I had oysters, scallops, Dou Pi, coffee, and some Che Chong Fan.
Then we headed on with our shopping, we brought bags, socks, t-shirts and accessories overall.

I brought a hand painted shoe that only took half an hour to complete. I was really amazed at their painting skills. Also, not forgetting we took neoprints here and had a lot of fun. We spent around 2 hours there.

There was at a point of time that I was wearing short sleeves in a shopping centre and a few of the sales people asked me whether I felt cold. Guess it is like uncommon or rare for people to not wear jackets.
We shopped till even dinner we were walking and shopping.
The night scene
I saw a machine that a lady was taking care on the street that said out your weight, height and how healthy you are machine. It seems like a machine that practically tells the whole street of people that. I find it damn funny.

Then we headed back to our apartment.
While Yan Khee and I were waiting for the other group of girls to come back, they came back and we saw them getting a really friendly driver that allowed them to take pictures while sitting in the driver’s seat.

A shopping day to conclude for today. It was tiring but I found it very worth.
