I woke up late causing me to have a morning rush about the apartment. I met with Alicia and Baohui. I had some flour item such as dough stick and soya bean milk for breakfast.
We then headed to school. We had lessons on project management which covered topic 8 and topic 9. For me, topic 8 seems understandable to me but for topic 9 it was a killer topic for me. As I only understand a little of what Mr. Wee was teaching. Guess I need to read up on my own and try to figure out first.
Topic 8 which is site organization covers on the group of people being organized which means to be cost efficient and productivity who are involved in the construction to meet the project objective. It involves the coordination of the various function groups in the company with clear definition of their roles and responsibilities in the project. Then it covers the parts on staff; site administration; reports; Labour administration; material administration; drawing administration; architect’s instructions; delay records; and dayworks.
Topic 9 which is planning techniques covers on charts, network planning techniques and the focus on critical path method.
We then headed back and packed back lunch while walking back to the apartment Alicia and Baohui was staying to have lunch there. Soon after we reached back, Xiao Wah came back and Mr. Wee came in too. We then started chatting a lot.
Lunch
After the chatting session, I headed back to my apartment to take a nap before going out for dinner nearby. We girls then had a chatting session before I headed back to my apartment, washing up and snug into the bed.
