I woke up around 12pm as there was an outing at 2pm. I had my lunch and changed out.
We went to a property area which had buildings that were built recently and some a few years already.
The Place
We took a walk around the area the person handling the area that I think was an agent told us things about how things were like such as roads that were access roads, fire hydrants which were located near the roads. These were how things we learnt in the books and we had a chance to take notice of it and experience it.
I found bins side by side that showed how they recycle stuff like a bin which has a sign recyclable items and unrecyclable items. This shows that they have an effort for protecting the environment by taking these small steps.
The area
Around the area had many ponds but some of them had algae due to maybe the water not moving and high temperature produced by the sun. Some building there also had poor maintenance too which was shown by the rusting of railings at certain blocks which already had people staying there.
The person told us that the one of the main feature of this place is a building’s balcony place which had 2 layers which is 2 floors thing,

There was a ventilation duct for ventilating the air which was underground.

We then headed to the car park and found out that the special thing is that every occupant that had a car park lot has their own car plate number on the wall.

The car park also had signs which were different colours from Singapore. They had ventilation ducts in the car parks as it was enclosed. The doors seem to be made of steel. There were sprinklers and fire alarms. To add on another point would be that the area saves energy by dimming the lights down when it is day and there is sunlight until a point that people driving cars are still able to move about smoothly and easily.

Then we headed to a new apartment that was shown to a 4 room flat in China which was a 6 room flat in Singapore.

The house has liked a garden area before the actually entering of the house. There were 3 balconies, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and a dining room area. From floor to ceiling it was 3 meters unlike in Singapore it was 2.8 meters.
The house has wire outlets, rails near windows to windows located below waist height to prevent kids which stays in the apartment from failing down,
there is some spacing in the bathroom to allow the toilet bowl to be inserting in and in the bathroom there were 2 pipes which were the waste and solid pipe and there we metal like things at the ceiling to prevent fire from spreading from one floor to another if there is really a fire from the top or the bottom unit.
I Saw a car clamp thing while walking back to the bus. If i not wrong i guess it was for securing a place for car owners
Alicia, Baohui, Bernice, Li Zhen, Yan Khee and I went to the shopping centre near school to shop for something then we went back to Alicia and Baohui that apartment first to have our dinner which were for Alicia, Baohui and Yan Khee, MacDonald’s and for I, it was snacks with instant noodles.
Alicia, Baohui, Bernice, Li Zhen, Yan Khee and I played a April fool’s joke on the rest after they reached home which consists of Eileen, Xiu Jin and the CEE guys and I think the joke went a bit too far which caused most of them to be unhappy about it. We apologized after that and hope things will be alright. We did not mean for things to turn out like this. Guess for me the lesson learnt was not to play pranks on people that are really too over.
