I was supposed to wake up at around 8am but woke up around 8.40am instead as I just turned off my alarm and went back to sleep. But at around 8.40am, my apartment mate, Cheong Rui, knocked the door to wake both Hui Xin and me up. We washed up as usual, but at a faster pace as it was already considered late. Just wore long sleeves and pants. Headed out of my “home” and proceeded to the third floor of my block which was Yee Khee, Eileen and Li Zhen apartment.
I had my breakfast which was a mini muffin that was offered to me and then went to school which was quite a long distance walk away.
We did the first two tutorials for Project management lesson today and after lesson had a walk around the streets and had some finger food to cover our lunch, saw the making of popcorn in a different way which we cannot get to see in Singapore.
We went back and on the way back Alicia, Baohui and I were discussing whether we should head to Carrefour to buy foolscap paper to do our tutorial. But ended up we decided not to go and go there tomorrow as we had quite some time to go tomorrow instead.
But we went to the badminton court to accompany some of them to play badminton in order to get some fresh air and exercise a little instead of staying back at the apartment and doing assignment all the way.
On the way there, I got to have a clearer look at the buildings, basketball court and nets there. To me if I compare it to Singapore, the buildings are like old and dirty look, with some basketball hooks spoilt and the nets to play badminton seems to be quite frequently used as it was tattered and torn. Comparing to Singapore, I think I should feel contented to be living in the condition Singapore provides.

Alicia, Baohui, Bernice, Xiu Jin and I then went to buy some snacks and went back to the apartment to eat at the same time continue doing assignment.

After that when it was dinner time, Alicia, Baohui and I headed out to a nearby fast food place where they sold burgers and brought some back to settle our dinner.

We had a shot at a food which cannot be found in Singapore which was a chicken thing with sauce which was called “la zhi ji”. It had a damn awesome “shiok” taste which was a combination of hot and spicy. It was suitable for the weather that we were in.
